Please note, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please share clear photographs of the damage, and our team will assist you promptly.

As our products are pre-loved, exclusive designer items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped.
